I love deadlines

As I wrote, this is a busy time for me, but I keep insisting of stretching myself creating more art.

I enrolled in Make Art That Sells Assignment Bootcamp with Lilla Rogers so that I have monthly assignments and deadlines that encourages me and helps me to grow as an illustrator. I just love to get those briefs and the deadlines even more. The fact that I have a structure and limitations helps me to concentrate and finish the assignment quicker, without too much procrastination.

This month the assignment was creating a journal cover inspired by Edwardian brooches. I really enjoyed reconstructing the vintage imagery and illustrate them in a fresh and contemporary style.
